The user undertakes to provide accurate information about the IT infrastructure and not to attempt to circumvent the implemented security protocols. Access to collected data is limited to persons authorized by the client.

Limitation of Liability

CyberAudit cannot be held responsible for security breaches caused by incorrect configuration of the client's systems, unperformed updates, or actions of unauthorized third parties. Our liability is limited to the value of the subscription paid during the respective period.

Data Confidentiality

All data collected through the platform is treated in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website. Commercial information and audit reports are not shared with third parties without the client's written consent.

Contract Duration and Termination

The contract is concluded for the period specified in the offer and may be terminated by either party with a 30-day notice. In case of a serious breach of terms, CyberAudit may suspend access immediately, without prior notice.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with prior notification to users via email or by publishing on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new conditions.
